I ordered 4 Pairs of glasses…
As I had in the past.
Unfortunately, two of the pairs that I ordered… with the 1.50 that I required they were only on the on sale list so I ordered those.
When I received them, I put them on and they literally fell off my head when I tilted my head just barely down…
It’s like a gorilla put them on before and just stretch the heck out of they wouldn’t even stay on top of my nose so I called the company and told them to send me some other ones that I would send these back and they did not do that they said if they’re on sale, they’re yours…
But they were defective and they sent them to me on the top part even had a chip in it on one of the pairs..
I will NEVER purchase any glasses there ever again due to the fact that I was sold defective sunglasses not one pair but two pair out of four that I ordered….
I cannot believe that they are getting away with this beware of this company. They put glasses on sale that are defective….
And expect you to keep them they just take your money and and send you broken and defective glasses… I’ve never had a company that I purchase from frequently … that has done this now this was the 2nd time that I have had this situation occur.
I am so disappointed, and I am appalled by the unscrupulous business tactics they are taking towards their customers.
It’s unbelievably unacceptable…
BEWARE !
I have never had any company. Send me broken items and tell me you have to keep it right after I received it and noticed that they were completely defective on two pair….
It’s infuriating…GOODBYE …to THIS UNETHICAL COMPANY!
